Tracey made the course. I think without her zeal and integrity, it would have been a lot harder to get through as it was intense at times; there was a lot to cover. Some of which I didn't think relevant eg hoists.

I learnt so many new things which no trainer have ever explained or taught me in the past, I looked like someone who just came to the system when the trainer started explain the rudiment of the course. Indeed I achieved the main purpose of sending me for the training.
