The venue was very good, although initially finding the building in which the course took place was not really clear and would have been helpful if NHSP staff had been informed of the name of the building prior to the course. There was parking in the cricket ground and a Sainsbury close by, so this was particularly useful. I think that some of the staff had a very long distance to drive but despite this were punctual. The room was spacious but not very warm. The trainer was very helpful and made everyone feel at ease and encouraged everyone to be involved.

Wayne was lovely, the training was good and straight to the point, the use of the 'side rooms' in zoom was something I haven't done before and was a good use to meet some of the people in the group. II also liked that Wayne appreciated when I gave answers and acknowledged those who took part as well as encouraging the more 'shy' people. Overall I enjoyed it and thank you again Wayne.
