it is quite good for the course for us to have new concept which can apply to our upcoming communication with client, and enhance our AM awareness.
Really enjoyed these 2 days training and it's very useful for our role as well.

Days were a bit too long. Shorter days annd in three days might work better with me.

The course did not live to expectation as the trainer did not deliver to satisfaction. The examples were far off from our reality, the calculations were not shown, trainer just arrived at the answers with minimal illustration. His writing on the board was invisible. I do not think i am better off after this training.
Thanks a lot for this crash course training it was super useful and made me like to attend more courses with EuroMoney
