Clear and concise information, presented in simple terms (with the more science-based info). Presented clearly by 2 people who obviously knew what they were talking about. Interaction was still encouraged and therefore we were still engaged despite being over Zoom. Great ideas to take away and hopefully engage in a more positive lifestyle and work mentality.

I really enjoyed this course. I learnt a lot that I will be able to use both professionally and personally. I would very much like to attend the fuller course that was mentioned once it's able to be facilitated. Thanks to both facilitators - I will remember to smile! Judy

For an online course with all it's restrictions on time and attendee participation, I found the session to be informative, very easy to engage with and it gave lots of hints and tips to take away. It was both a reminder about what I had already learnt about mental health and a different way of looking at things that put what is happening to me and those in my life into perspective.
