Thank you for a friendly and approachable delivery style. For me the course covered a lot of what I already knew as a mental health first aider but it was useful to go back over.

Really useful scientific knowledge of the brain and theories but most importantly gave clear and specific ideas that I can use personally but also within my work role giving suggestions to parents

I have attended many courses through the pandemic virtually however this is the best training I have attended in a LONG time. I gain so much from this training and feel this has brought about a positive way forward for me personally but also how I support start and the clients I work with. The trainers were engaging and kept me engaged which is a huge success in my mind given how hard it is to stay focused in virtual meetings arena. I have a few points to take forward and some reading to do from this. I really liked linking this to my own experiences and thoughts of how I can support other people.
