Very useful and informative. Lots of ideas to put into practice to help and support when feeling stressed about different situations, whether at home or work, or out and about. Will be a great help during the unprecedented current situation we all find ourselves in.

Thank you, found the course really helpful. Slides moved on a bit quick for me to jot down statements on slides into my study book. I don't have the workbook which would have been so good to have had prior to the course beginning.

I thought this was super useful, I have previously done a Mental Health First Aid course but I learnt new things on this short course too.
