This is course is really useful. Especially being new into a leadership role. Having tools to start conversations with team members about their wellbeing and also understanding that your own wellbeing needs to be in a good place too.
Very informative and self reflecting. Also a lot to take in and perhaps could be over 2 days?

Some real good nuggets and perspectives in there.
I really enjoyed the content. The only suggestions I have is some parts e.g. WAP could have been better linked to DCP current process and that something from the Exec on their view of the subject would have been useful.
