I was anxious before the training as the worksheet looked daunting. I thought I had bitten off more than I could chew and this session was just going to add to my current stress levels. However, I enjoyed the session which helped remind me off some things I had forgotten, and will help me reapply techniques I have found beneficial in the past. I especially found the detailed information on sleep enlightening. I have been keeping a lockdown diary but I now hope to turn this into a positivity diary. Also, I hope what I have learnt today will assist me with recognising when my colleagues are struggling and that I can pass on coping methods to them.

I found the session really useful and will use the WAPs and information given to improve my supervision style so that mental health conversations will become more comfortable for me and the staff I supervise

The course was delivered by the facilitator at the right level. I really enjoyed the activities and interaction with the other guests on the training. It was very helpful to have the activity book to work through alongside the training, as it helped me take more information in and now I have it for future reference. Thank you very much Emma!

Thanks so much for this webinar, It is a relief to acknowledge as a common thing what I am experiencing currently! A very especial thanks to Emma. She was very friendly and approachable. I will definitively start a positive diary to look at when things look uphill/rough! I would recommend this training to everyone at my workplace. Good insight and reminders for my stressors and what triggers them - I try to be positive but fail most days to stay positive all day. You have helped remind me to think about the little wins / positives more and not focus on the negative. Definitely helps with making feel better, will try the note making. Many thanks Gary
