Very interesting and useful Webinar. Emma was amazing, she was enthusiastic, kept me engaged which I appreciate is difficult virtually. The content was very helpful and I have learned new things about myself as well as methods for dealing with stress. With moving to Cambridge and starting my new role I was more stressed than I realised, and this webinar helped me to recognise that - I will be off to the shop to buy myself a positivity diary! I have given 5 stars for everything as Emma was great, the content was useful and I would recommend this webinar to anyone :)

It was a very good speed, lots of new information but shared in a way that was easy to understand. The plan of action is great, so we're coming out of it with actual actions to improve our mental health vs learning a lot new info for the sake of it.

This course was very beneficial for me. I've expanded my knowledge of mental health and have more understanding of how the brain works, and the hormones that cause both stress and those that help to regulate it. I would recommend this course to everyone.
