Excellent Only feedback is that I had very recently completed the course that is a pre cursor and would have benefitted from a staggered gap between the two. That said I needed the WAP info so it was also timely. Best courses I have done it 24 years at CCC and most immediate action/development personally and for team taken as a direct consequence of course engagement.
Cse content good but delivery a little flat and less polished than some other training. It maybe that dislocation and presenter inability to read our comments in Teams gave the impression that the presenter was just reading off a script. Good content , poor presenter
Response: Thank you for your feedback and constructive comments. As this session was organised as a Lunch and Learn (as opposed to training), it is fair to say that the style of delivery was more one way than a training course would be - and the technical issues with the chat function in MS Teams didn't help with that as you acknowledged. We do hope that the content made it valuable use of your time.
Great to learn more about the brain and hormones and how this effects our wellbeing
Emma Treby was really engaging and a great facilitator. Thank you so much!
Inclusive course, gave people the chance to interact how they wanted to, good information with theory and methods. Thank you Emma.
This was a really helpful and interesting course. Facilitator had fantastic knowledge and delivered the course in an engaging way. The science and biology was extremely interesting and helpful to fully understand stress and mental health as well as giving useful actions.
Incredibly enjoyable, I learnt a lot about the theoretical side of brain processes that together with experience and previous knowledge enabled and motivated me to really connect with and understand the processes around creating and supporting positive mental health Thank you
I have learnt a lot during today's session and have also been reminded of few things I used to do. Thank you Gary.
helpful info makes you realise you are not alone but definitely need to do something about it to improve, thank you
