Although the course was very 'show and tell' my attention was kept all through the 2 hours, thanks to Emma's breezy and engaging style. Lots to think about and consider. If anyone suffers, as I do, from insomnia, Emma shares some great tips and helped me understand that, although I don't sleep all through the night, I don't seem to suffer from sleep deprivation. However, I am guilty of watching TV in bed so that will have to stop! Really interesting and Emma knows her stuff. Thanks Emma.

Really interesting workshop. Gave me some great ideas for my own mental health and creating a better mindset. Also, I like the idea of starting the workshop by asking everyone what went well today. Great booklet to accompany the workshop too.
