Really inspirational afternoon. Facilitator was passionate about the topic and some really good discussions. A lot to think about and exciting times ahead for our organisation. Looking forward to sharing some of the work with teams to try and address some of the issues quickly.
Very helpful tools to support employees who are experiencing mental health and well being issues. Also excellent to see the vision for the future.
Great opportunity to consider MH issues in role as leader and manager. Some helpful techniques for sharing with teams and embedding a wellbeing approach in our management style. At times content felt rushed particularly the work on vision and culture in our own organization, which was positive and aspirational more time could have been spent on this.
Course content was very informative. Can implement learning with team quickly to start having different conversations and effect change both as individuals but also as a team
It was really interesting to hear good advise on mental health in the work place. As someone who works alone a lot of the time it was important to hear that there are ways to help yourself stay mentally well and in good health.
Really enjoyable and interesting. Good to reflect on ways to manage stress and identifying the signs, some of which were new to me but clearly evident.
Response: Thank you so much for your feedback Carol
I really liked the explanation of the physical functioning of the brain, and the explanation around the 'stress bucket', as both of these will help me identify, understand and address my own stress symptoms, or areas of anxiety. I liked the section around ways to create positivity, through positive thoughts, actions and interactions, as I was able to identify things I could easily do on a daily basis.
Response: Sasha, thank you so much for your comments
Very engaging and informative. Learnt a lot, given me space to think about myself
Good informative and thought provoking session. Liked that there was time / an opportunity to reflect on our own wellbeing and that there were tips to manage our own mental health and wellbeing as well as an understanding of the issues and how our brain works. Keen to understand how the organization will take this forward to improve the mental wellbeing of the organization as a whole.
Enjoyable and just the right level of detail to reflect on Some quick wins /practical solutions
