This training would be way better if delivered in person.
A course that all staff need to go on, regardless of rank / police / support staff. It's a start for those difficult questions & gives a further awareness of what to look out for. Its also ok to ask when we are sometimes very risk averse.
I really enjoyed this class, it was really informative.
Everything was very informative and helpful, it builds a lot more confidence and knowledge I feel more prepared.
