It was a heavy subject and required a lot of concentration and emotional output to fully engage. I really liked the format and the different people I got to engage with over the day. It was good to have the time to really think about and process and practice the different aspects of Suicide First Aid.
I think Shian is a great teacher and mentor. So presentable and professional. Highly recommended
