I attended the Mental Health First Aid course last year and chose this course as I know that Juliet is amazing at what she does and proved that again. I do feel more confident and she helped myslef and my colleague realise the confidence we had already.

The training was definitely worth my while. Though I have lots of prior knowledge on mental health and suicide, this was a great refresher and update to what I already knew. It was good to get an understanding of limitations to suicide prevention as often as support workers it can be hard not to want to overthink and over worry and feel more responsible for someone's life than we are.
