Really tough subject but I enjoyed this essential training and found it very valuable, I haven't signed up to the accredited unit yet but I will.

Very good course. I feel that I have the knowledge to recognise someone in distress and someone who may have thoughts of suicide. I feel confident in how I can approach the topic of suicide with them and then exploring their immediate safety and what I can do to help them and to signpost them to the various/appropriate resources.

A really great training day, coming away feeling more confident and one day I may be able to prevent somebody from taking their own life. Thank you.

Really informative training. The most engaging training i have had in a long time - the day flew by and considering the topic we were discussing - Lisa kept it very light and made it very clear she was there for support.
