Very good. Easier to follow than ASIST, which I feel tends to overcomplicate suicide first aid. This training is clearer and more concise.

Cath’s personality shone through and she made this interesting and inclusive. I felt comfortable contributing and she always responded positively. Well done Cath, I would recommend this to everyone!
