Response: Dear Lindsey, Thank you for your feedback, we were pleased to hear that you would recommend the programme to others. I was also happy to see you rated the course as very good. As a learning organisation we use feedback, qualification feedback and tutor reports to support our development. I would be most grateful if you were willing to give me some more thoughts around the the areas you felt needed improvement. Area such as the structure of the session and how we could develop the course content and materials. People undertaking the qualification will delve deeper into the points you raise through research necessary for completing the assignment. All feedback is shared at our senior management meetings to look at how we can improve the learning experience. my email is fiona@ncspt.org.uk Thank you for your help with this. Very best wishes, Fiona Director of Operations
