Making a difficult subject feel safe, approachable and manageable is the provider’s distinctive strength, according to attendees. They consistently praise knowledgeable, empathetic trainers who explain clearly, invite discussion and create supportive, non-judgemental spaces. Courses combine practical frameworks, realistic conversations, workbooks, videos and useful resources, with a well-judged pace and breaks. Good course, well run. Would be better in a room, but well adapted for Covid.

As per above comments as to what I liked about the training, and all the resources Chris made us aware of that can help a person experiencing these emotions and thoughts made it a worthwhile training course.

The training was useful. I am concerned that I may miss signs that may not be evident when talking to a customer as our interviews are conducted on the telephone, there would be no visual signs so may be harder to identify a person with suicidal thoughts.
