The training is very useful and I have gained a lot from it I would have liked more focus on suicide response and some examples of situations to respond to - putting us in a real life situation through the comfort of the training room

The tutor was professional and personable however the connection due to her own internet was distracting and i would have liked all mic's off as background noise made it hard to listen. I would have like more question time after each slide rather than the breakout rooms.

I think the course would be much better delivered in real life. Shame about the circumstances that forced it to be online.

Was really helpful to have the book emailed to us so we could type in it at same time as listening - often come away from courses with paper copies that I don't look at again as stored in cupboard!

Maybe the training didn't quite recognise that if you work in an organisation there is a specific safeguarding procedure you have to follow
