The session was good because there was a lot of conversation (interactive session). I liked the way the presenter had prepared for the role play for an online session.

It was a useful course, with practical advice on how to approach having the conversations etc and note the signs...

Delivering the training via zoom definitely adds another dynamic and doesn't replace face to face training for interaction. However I believe Emma did well to overcome having to deliver via zoom.
