I found this course a great tool to layer on top of MHFA and general Understanding Suicide courses. It has made me more confident to help with prevention and supporting others. A variety in videos would be great.

valuable course worth the participation especially so as a police officer who may respond to or have to deal with this subject.

A good course that I think will benefit all who undertake it. It might be worth also having young people undertake this course as I believe they would benefit from these conversations even more.
