I felt this course was very informative and helpful to me as a call assessor and just as a member of the community. I have learnt how to have what i would normally deem a difficult conversation
It has been very helpful in knowing what to say and what not to say during an intense situation.
The course was delivered very well, with a good mix of instructor led talking / break out rooms/ video material. The course booklet was easy to follow. And, plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Lisa also looked at the slightly different way of presenting this topic to children and young people as a lot of people attending the course works with this age group.

Very interesting course - thought the video was really good - such a moving story. I do like stats, so having more stats in the work book would be great
