Fascinating to understand that I can make simple errors when I think I am doing it correctly. Knowledge that everything has an error in it which needs to be found is a good way of thinking.

I usually practice most of the tips. I find that no matter how much I practice though mistakes always happen. I found it interesting though how many of my other colleagues made the same mistake. That didn't make me feel so isolated and less paranoid.

Really good course. Good mix of learning, assessments and engagement.

Greg was really engaging and made a long workshop feel interactive and smooth. I really enjoyed the training materials being punctuated throughout the session and thought Greg did a great job of calling on people to contribute in a way that felt like it got everyone involved without anyone feeling pressured.

originally i wasnt sure what to expect but having attended both sessions i have found it really helpful and i will be taking the tips on board as everything ive learnt today will be helpful when im doing redaction checks on bundles which can be huge Thank you

i always tried to multitask in the past. Its kind of a new approach to hear that i shouldn't do that. makes sense
