Very useful course, it makes you think and analyse the way you work and how this could be improved by following some simple but very effective steps.

The course was very helpful and Greg was an excellent trainer. It would be great if there were some smaller groups categorised by department within the GOC to make the tasks and activities more relevant to the specific jobs people do but overall, very good.

This is a really beneficial course. The techniques such as the three E's, ABC and present-mindedness are so helpful. They teach you better ways of approaching your communications and how you can easily fall for mistakes. Highly recommend this course.
