Really interesting course - wish I'd had it years ago. It would have been nicer and probably more interactive had it been delivered face to face but was still valuable delivered through teams and Greg did a great job of maintaining our interest

It was very interesting highlight those errors we do on a daily basis and how to correct them going forward.

The content of the course has led me to examine the way I look at documents and emails going forward to check for all mistakes.

Great training, very interesting and enjoyable. A nice change of pace to a usual day in the office! A good level of interaction, not too invasive. A shame that some people sounded like they were not very enthusiastic or focused on the training. As an example you may like to give regarding wrong names and addresses, I have a colleague with the same first name and similar last name which begins and ends in the same letters and we receive calls, emails and internal mail intended for the other person all the time. People assume it's the other person all the time without reading the name properly or thinking about who they're sending to.
