i work better face to face.. zoom not my thing.. we mark our own work - how many people cheat to get a higher mark! would be better if someone else checked to make it more true reflection

The zoom method of delivery is not ideal - the split rooms were virtually impossible to hear anyone else speaking. Discussion not really possible. Content and delivery by Catherine was very good.

While not a criticism of the host or the session, but many participants did not have microphones or had very bad connections resulting in poor quality sound

Good course but quite long for what we were doing
Andrew D, 05 Jul 2021
The course was good overall but a little too long and repetitive for me. I feel as though one day would have been enough and felt like I was suffering from accuracy fatigue by the end of it! Greg was a great trainer though and it was a very smooth and well run course

Although I have learned a few tips I didn't feel I needed this training and my time could have been better employed elsewhere .

Trainer and set-up very good but the tests were a little basic - Would like to have more real world examples/consequences of errors, to amplify the importance of getting it right.

excellent instructor, thanks Greg!! take an ergo break ;)
Zsolt O, 30 Mar 2021
I expected a bit more in depth training material and more techniques, rather than exercises.Response : Hi Zsolt, thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. The training is designed to give you the opportunity to practise the various accuracy techniques before you return to your real work. From our experience, it means our participants see the longer-term impact of the training. If you're interested in developing your written accuracy skills too, do give us a shout! We'd love to hear from you. Best wishes, Alice

A lot of it was new and thought provoking, like the 20 minute sessions with ergo breaks , and some of it was stuff that I was already doing but not thinking about, like the rule of threes, for example. I have long known that I can't multitask but it's nice to have it confirmed that I shouldn't be trying to.Response : Hi Andy, thank you for your valuable feedback. Pleased to hear you found parts thought-provoking and other ideas reaffirmed the approaches you're taking already! Thank you for taking the time to leave us your comments. Best wishes, Alice
