It was slightly longer than it needed to be. It was hard to keep concentration for that long, considering it was a lot of the same things repeated. Overall it was interesting but again, because of the length concentration was difficult.

Gives you useful tips & tricks which you can use in your daily job to help you become more accurate. It’s nice to be reminded that we are all human and we do make mistakes but there are multiple ways to help reduce the error rates.

Course was very good and demonstrates how we already have a Right First Time culture within our workplace as most of us scored 100% in the pre-course test aswell as throughout the 2 day session.

Good course with helpful information to improve accuracy. Trainer was knowledgeable and in control during the whole training course.

I learnt a lot from the course as it really showed me the differences in my accuracy when I am on a time limit! The course trainer was very engaging and made everyone feel welcome and included. Very encouraging and ensured everyone felt at ease no matter the outcome of each test. Very clear and concise at all times and repeated all instructions which was really helpful.

Interesting course with plenty of information

Interesting course, quite heavy in terms of exercises throughout but I understand that practice allows people to get more familiar with the ideas and theory behind it all

Excellent course, loved the hands on approach of many exercises. I can see my accuracy and planning towards it have improved already.

Some useful techniques, however 90% of the time I use software or fuzzy logic formulae to check for discrepancies. Would suit anyone that has to manually transfer data.
