Justin is very direct and gives great real-life examples. He allows participants to ask questions, engage and keeps the audience entertained. The content is really direct and user-friendly. I'm glad I participated in this course, and I feel it improved my skills.

Having been an attendee of a number of The Learning and Development Company's courses and workshops over the last 4 years, I was delighted to join the free managers support workshop. I have previously gained some invaluable skills as a result of earlier courses and find the content and sessions incredibly engaging. The Managers workshop has been a great platform to undertake break out sessions and take on some self reflection opportunities. Refocussing my mind on the important tasks and what is essentially causing obstacles in achieving my end goals, including in some instances... myself! The course has given me an opportunity to make myself accountable for pledged actions that I want to achieve, with the appropriate amount of stretch I believed I could handle in my work-load, at that time. This wasn't simply making a pledge to continue on a course I was already likely to achieve, more to address what I was, or wasn't doing, to achieve my desired goals and formulate a plan to succeed in reaching them. I cannot recommend the learning and development company enough and look forward to future sessions with Ross and the Team.

These are great sessions which really benefit if you commit the time to both the sessions and focus on the learnings and tasks between sessions. Ross and Claire do a great job in helping reflection on current challenges and with a few new tools thrown in. It's also great to be able to talk with people at different career stages within different companies.

I found the course easy to follow and found all the information provided clear and understandable. I would recommend The Learning and Development Company to anyone looking at doing an ILM course. I will also be willing to use them again for myself.

Really interesting and informative.

I really enjoyed this course and loved that it has given me practical things to put in to practise in my job. Justin was really engaging and his enthusiasm kept the course interesting throughout. There was a good mix of different material and tips - I found the 4mat technique and prioritising tips particularly useful. I also enjoyed the breakout rooms which kept me alert during the course and was a good chance to chat to other people.

Justin's was full of enthusiasm and knowledge of the subject. He kept the course engaging and provided us with loads of useful tools and different ways of thinking. I enjoyed it very much and would definitely recommend this course (taught by Justin) to all the Managers.
