This is the first time I have attended a leadership course and looking at my objectives set by me at the beginning of the course, I have more than achieve them. Some of the session are on issues such as managing conflict and providing feed back, which in the past I have avoided, but this course has provided me with insight and practical tools to tackle these areas. There have been a lot of information and the session are at a fast pace, but Claire and Ross are fantastic at getting participants involved and engage. I have met new colleagues and made new connections and t has been really great to have a safe space to learn and talked about issues we encounter in our daily roles. A very good course - lots covered, good practical exercises, more role pay would've been beneficial to bring theories to life, and splitting out the wellbeing session so it didn't land on the same day as the presentations would be helpful. Overall great leaders and very thought-provoking.

I have found this so insightful and interesting and it has made me feel i want to learn more and develop into a manager role.

Course was great, food not that great at the venue, which is more of a venue issue and not the course. The photo on the walls is a nice touch. Nice one Ross.

EXCELLENT COURSE

A really fun and interactive course with well thought through real-life scenarios to consider.

Claire was great, thank you. I felt a bit frustrated and disappointed that there seems to be a disconnect between course content and lived experience of managers' behaviour in the organisation. I would encourage full and frank feedback to the organisation.

The course was impactful, fun and engaging from start to finish. The team were knowledgeable and encouraged me to think about situations from a variety of positions. There was nothing that could have been improved upon. I really appreciate the opportunity to attend the course.
