The programme provides sufficient tools for modern leadership and management. It inspires us to explore our potential possibilities and become self-led leaders. It also helps to improve our performance by altering how the situation occurs to us. So, we can experience the power of generative language to transform our futures throughout the course. It is great to combine with ILM units but would be even more useful to pre-align them with the course settings closely. Thus, the structure of the programme could be optimised and enhanced accordingly.

It was lovely journey and very interactive session. Really hope it can be expanded further in more details.

Well prepared and delivered but the session was quite compact.

The ILM course was really good. It helped me gained confidence and useful tools for me to use in my everyday job and personal life. I will continue to use the skills gained from this course and would do a follow up course or more advanced one as I have learnt so much in this one. Thank you Ross.

Helen was so good with this she had a lot of positive energy and showed us techniques and giving feedback on how to approve our story telling which was really helpful with my presentation and whenever I now do presentations I know how to tell a story and engaged the audience.

Su used useful tools on how to do a presentation from more of a technical point of view when breaking it down it was helpful when doing a structure and how to use known presentation techniques.

Happy to have achieved this qualification although under the circumstances and events of this year this course did not match or even come close to the previous one that I attended. It would beneficial for you to review the way in which delivery of material and opportunity for attendees to question it and fully understand what is expected.

Course was held at a particularly testing time during the covid lockdown but everyone stepped up so we could complete the course.

The course was great and a must do to anyone struggling to find their voice in the workplace. The amount of knowledge and tools i have taken away and put into practice has been amazing and gave other members of the company a real insight of what i am capable of and what i have to offer. Ive gone from someone who used to sit back and not contribute to someone who is noticed by other members of management as a pillar of the business. Hard work pays off, Well done guys and great work by all of you :)
