Edel was an excellent tutor! She really wanted everyone in the course to understand what she was talking about. She has a real passion for food safety and quality which definitely shined through throughout the course and passed this passion onto myself. She answered any of my questions very well.

I loved the role playing activities, the audit preparation advice and the workshops which I will definitely use. It gave me structured knowledge that I will be able to put in to practice to perform internal audits but also to prepare for Certification audits as I have a better understanding of how the auditor is approaching their job. It opened my eyes a lot to how the auditor views your site when they come to perform an audit - the auditor is not someone to be feared. I loved the focus on communication & behaviour it really demonstrated the importance of speaking clearly and concisely. This has been my favourite SQT course I have completed to date, largely because of the tutor Edel Jones, highly recommend!
