Great course to learn and remember key concepts from accounting to read and understand financial statements from a valuation perspective
I really enjoyed learning from Ben and how he taught the course.
On the venue: Overall, I thought the class size and setup was great, my only point would be on the chairs, which were pretty uncomfortable especially for our backs. On the instructor: very rarely in life we come across professors/teachers/instructors who can really connect to the class and who we can genuinely sense that cares about the subject and each student's learning process - but Wayne Stallings is one of those people. Wayne provided a great experience, being extremely attentive and forthcoming, always adressing any of our questions with extreme respect and in a very didactive way. Wayne combines a fun and educational personality to help us make the most of the classes, and although it was a very short course (3 days), Wayne's way of conducting the classes made me (and others) get the most out of it.
I thoroughly enjoyed the class and Wayne as the professor. I did not take a lot of accounting courses in undergraduate school, but this was a great crash course into the important aspects of accounting.
Wayne was very knowledgeable, and very interactive. He clearly cares about what he does and folks he teaches. He has a calling for teaching!

Incredible experience. Complex financial accounting concepts were presented in a way that made it easy to grasp. Ed is really passionate about creating a welcoming learning experience, and this is reflected all throughout the 3-day course. Happy to have been a part of the program.
