The level of facilitation, expert guidance and advices was excellent. The group break out sessions were consistently collaborative and overall my fellow learners were highly interactive and particpative. I would highly recommend SQT as training provider for this course.

i enjoyed it on line as i was able to retrieve documents while tutor was talking maybe a class room with a lap top access
