Good course, great coach, poor online experience.
Overall i have learned so much and realised that although i may not have known correct lingo or terminology i was completing some of the principals without even being aware of it. I really interest in being able to quantify changes and showcase back to the business savings and i think this course has given me the ability to do that now, fingers crossed projected is delivered successfully next!
Should be an option to listen to course recorded if miss a session
Despite the online course, contact with the educator is trouble-free. It's good that he offers his time before or after class and doesn't have a problem with it. you will always get an answer to your questions by email. Technical support, even for minor problems that seem insurmountable, is invaluable. This is the first time I have met with so much support from the course organizer. It proves the quality of your services.
Overall this is an exceptional course and is well run. Course is not finished until February.
The course content was very interesting and relevant to such a wide range of work environments. Eamon made himself available to attendees before and after classes for specific support we required.
