Great course, learned ALOT! I can definitely see myself applying a large chunk of what I have learned into my Day-to-Day work. I would have like to have known at the start, that it was "ok" if you didn't have a project before starting the training - i was in a bit of a panic to find one. Also, I found it difficult to find the time (or to be given time) to work on it during work hours - quite a lot was done after work, which was challenging.
Really enjoyable course with practical skills that I can take away and use day to day in my role

A very enjoyable course delivered by a great lecturer. Interactive workshops enabled new colleague connections to be made and made the course content more understandable.
John was very knowledgeable in his field and his experiences of different companies using Lean models really helped me understand the content more.
Great course so far, looking forward to hopefully getting a great solution in place for my problem statement which I know will be data driven which will lead to a successful outcome. Looking forward to demonstrating that success and everything I have learned on to the project slides. Ashling great instructor very patient and helpful and gave great advice all along the way.
Good course, great coach, poor online experience.
Overall i have learned so much and realised that although i may not have known correct lingo or terminology i was completing some of the principals without even being aware of it. I really interest in being able to quantify changes and showcase back to the business savings and i think this course has given me the ability to do that now, fingers crossed projected is delivered successfully next!
