very practical tutor, time year didn't suit me the best, overall happy enough with course

Enjoying the course so far and learning about the DMAIC approach, happy with virtual training and the sessions are the right amount of time with 2 and a half hours so you don't feel burned out at the end and not too overwhelming

Course delivered well with Tutor's knowledge of the subject area very strong and with real world examples.

Despite the online course, contact with the educator is trouble-free. It's good that he offers his time before or after class and doesn't have a problem with it. you will always get an answer to your questions by email. Technical support, even for minor problems that seem insurmountable, is invaluable. This is the first time I have met with so much support from the course organizer. It proves the quality of your services.
