Fantastic course day - can't thank you enough for how engaging and insightful this has been. I personally think we all need this training within our field of work, and I will be going away with ten times the skills I had when I walked through the door this morning. Thank you!!

The trainer was so charismatic, enthusiastic and knowledgable. It was a great course filled with knowledge I’ll use going forward. I wish the course was a little longer. My only negative is that we were not told the importance of having a redacted statement that’s case was closed beforehand. This is down to our provider but I would have liked to been cross examined on an actual statement as appose to something fictional I wrote down. I will pass this on to my training team as I’m sure it’s their communication.

Amazing day, Rhoda knows how to keep you engaged and how to hold a room. She is extremely knowledgable and explained the court process in language I was able to understand.

Rhoda was a fantastic presenter and speaker. She made the day fascinating with her relevant stories and personal experiences, and she created a safe space in the classroom which made it great for learning!
