The trainer was so charismatic, enthusiastic and knowledgable. It was a great course filled with knowledge I’ll use going forward. I wish the course was a little longer. My only negative is that we were not told the importance of having a redacted statement that’s case was closed beforehand. This is down to our provider but I would have liked to been cross examined on an actual statement as appose to something fictional I wrote down. I will pass this on to my training team as I’m sure it’s their communication.
Interesting and informative course. Karen was very engaging and I enjoyed the last exercise even though I wasn’t brave enough to take part!

Amazing day, Rhoda knows how to keep you engaged and how to hold a room. She is extremely knowledgable and explained the court process in language I was able to understand.
