The course was really beneficial and helped me build confidence within my ability of speaking to someone experiencing suicidal thoughts, and more so what to do with next steps after a disclosure is made. It was very thought provoking and made me aware of more external support we can also offer students.

Charlotte provided a very detailed, safe, educated training day, full of knowledge but also being mindful of our own needs and keeping safe. It was a very fulfilling day and I feel I learnt so much off Charlotte

I feel more confident now to approach CYP. Especially liked "notice what you noticed". The course really makes me reflect on the everyday conversations with CYP and the difficulties they might go through.
