Sophia was knowledgeable and made sure everyone was engaged and understood the whole course. She was very helpful and friendly.
For me, it was one of the better training sessions that I have attended. It always helps when someone who delivers the training has their own experience. Ians knowledge of suicide was very good and he delivered this extremely well. It was a safe space to discuss suicide which isn't easy to do.
Really informative course, would recommend to anyone working with young people.
