Fantastic, very thought provoking, feel more confident about speaking to young people having thoughts of suicide

It was a great experience and as someone who suffers with suicidal thoughts and depression, I did not feel judged and it was very inclusive. I feel more comfortable talking to someone in crisis now without being affected myself.

I would recommend this course as I am now equipped with knowledge, a framework to follow and confidence to react if I suspect someone is considering taking their life.

I am happy with the training we have received a will use the knowledge I have gained when dealing with someone who may be contemplating suicide. I have learned to be more patient and confident when addressing this topic.
