A difficult subject covered in a sensitive way with good advice and support

Well run course Very informative. Supportive approach.

The content was exactly what I needed and my confidence is so much higher now. It was practical advice I can put into practice straight away. The materials were excellent. I really liked having the book so far could add notes without having to write pages or waiting for slides to be sent afterwards. Best course resources I’ve seen. Pace and structure were spot on. Ian was a real inspiration actually. Makes me hopeful and excited about supporting young people.

I left the course feeling inspired there is a wealth of support for people living with self harm and suicidal thoughts.
