I think a section specifically for our environment of online gambling operator and some role playing or examples to go through would have been beneficial for our teams

Alison is lovely ,,, If possible, the moments of uncomfortable silence could be shortened jajaja sometimes people don´t talk as we want

I feel so relieved that we have the tools now to help our agents help our players.

It is a great training, the videos are really powerful, it opens your eyes to many aspects of life and our way of dealing with others.

I believe examples or ideas on how to deal with a person via chat would be helpful as I don't deal with phone calls or face-to-face interactions.
