Excellent course - The knowledge of the trainer was excellent. She was able to understand the different trainees and positions we were in within our relevant businesses. Examples were broken down, and everyone was able to gain specific knowledge relevant to their work. Joan was very friendly, relatable and her industry experience sung through.
