Good overview and practical application of the RCA process. While I would have had previously used components of the RCA process, the training has provided an overall framework and logical approach to RCA process.
Excellent course and very well planned out, the tutor was extremely helpful and engaging with the kappa and work concerns raised between the departments. The tutor offered excellent solutions or alternatives where quick fix solutions could not be found.
Good course. Grainne was very helpful and involved everyone in the discussions and listened to out input and ideas for root cause analysis.

The course was excellent and really well delivered.
Overall, I think the RCA training delivered by Grainne was great! I gained a lot of knowledge, and really made me think of possible causes of problems and coming up with potential solutions for them. This is great not only just for workplace application of this knowledge but can be widely utilised in other aspects.
