Good knowledge from lecturer. Thoroughly enjoyed the week. Lots to take away from the week.

Lecturer was very good, but building was cold!

Venue was a bit cold. Good food though. Welcoming staff and quality training.

Very approachable and knowledgable lecturer when it came to asking questions and receiving feedback. Obviously massive range of equipment and configurations on site which I now look at from a wider point of view when coming to switching operations. Only point to note: Questions on test could be a bit more defined to see what is actually being asked. Would come back in the future for further training when needs arise.

Phill was great with us especially with us not having any electrical background. He was brilliant from day one. Only thing I would say is i thought some of the questions in the written exam were worded in a way that was confusing and could be interpreted in different ways. Overall though i really enjoyed the course.

Very good course. Phil was an excellent lecturer and had endless amounts of knowledge to share.
