Norman was a great instructor giving clear and very informative training on the the HV refresher. Good timing of training days went quick and didn’t drag like some training sessions

The facilities, the food and the members of the staff are some of the best people that I have come across in this industry. Thank you Just some noise intrusion from the rooms next to us but nothing was too distracting.

Venue is ok and very good for the course I have done, pity my meal wasnt what I ordered the first day, but it was correct the following two days. Jason was very good and delivered the course and information in a well presented and enjoyable way, he is a credit to your company.

Course content was very well laid out & explained, was not made to feel like being taught to suck eggs, the training facilities are top notch & have a wide range of switchgear available to operate, always heard the centre is a really great place to go for training & i can see why this statement is correct, would recommend to anyone in the industry.

I felt it was an excellent venue for a well prepared & delivered course. The equipment used during practical exercises was authentic & the lecturer gave very clear & precise instruction when required in a supportive manner.

Overall a good course. Some finishing touches would enhance the experience, protection was longer than expected. Course notes sent electronically ahead of the dates.

Always a pleasure to visit the faraday centre. A little disappointed with lunch - no list on day one and my choice wasn’t available anyway / the wrong lunch on day two …
