The course was fascinating and exceeded my expectations. The trainer was exceptionally knowledgeable and greatly enhanced the learning experience. I would suggest that the course should be a little bit longer to provide enough time to work through more of the tasks. It is a shame that the materials are showing signs of their age (soon to be updated I believe), but the trainer was able to correct and update where necessary. Thank you for an incredible learning experience.

Excellent first week, though some slides were showing signs of age with more recent information now being available. The trainer, James, was excellent and managed the group perfectly. The only downside is the way the materials have been shared with us by TSW. All have been sent as links that have not worked for many members of the group. Please can all documents be sent as attachments to emails instead of being distributed by a shared link. Many thanks

Very much informative

On the whole, the course content was good, however there were a number of errors in the learner manuals, particularly around the dates of legal regs.

The course has been fantastic from start to finish. James is an amazing tutor who possesses a raft of historical and current knowledge. James uses his experience to enhance the course slides with relevant and interesting examples. I have thoroughly enjoyed the course and look forward to putting the theory I have learned into practice. The only thing I would encourage is a copy of the slides be provided as part of the course materials sent out to the learners. The learner manuals are great, but I find the slides jog my memory/conversations and discussions that we might have had during the sessions.
