Today's session was engaging, focusing on problem-solving and decision-making, including topics like the Toast Theory and Six Thinking Hats. I gained valuable insights and practical tools that I am excited to apply in my workplace.

Todays training was extremely enjoyable and highly relevant to workplace problems I am trying to overcome.

I find it hard to listen and recall generally so the activity for co listening is so useful to me.

Really appreciate portfolio days, the allocated time allows to work through assignment. The environment at happy makes it easy to focus, we also have the support of DJ and Janet throughout the day

DJ and Janet always have patience and understanding - they always encourage us to do great, which has thoroughly given me more confident to achieve on this course.

A shame I couldn't make it into the Happy Office - gutted I missed out on the ice cream :-(

Sarah has always made time in the lessons and outside of the lessons

Good pace, and interactive. Timing of breaks are good. Sarah is an amazing Facilitator and Assessor. She's very supportive and always available for questions and explains things clearly

really interesting session today and lots of time to ask questions and get clarification

I am really enjoying the course, it's good knowledge base for me to implement into my day to day work. Lots of information and learning different management style which I can take back into the workplace and to use in complete my assignments.
