George was really engaging and made a day of training enjoyable. The parent, adult & child section was interesting and would have liked to have had more emphasis on this section and how to deal with clients who are in child or parent state. Would also like to have more focus on actually dealing with complaints

I believe the course was insightful and interesting. Only thing to note: would be I would have found interesting how to handle certain ‘complaints’ examples - and how to handle or deal with them (the language to use)

Some information within the presentation could be altered to better balance the course e.g. Showing negative and positive sides to situations.
