AI summary of reviews

Interactive court and inquiry role-play is the course’s distinctive strength, giving attendees a realistic taste of questioning while building confidence for giving evidence. They value knowledgeable, experienced trainers who explain complex content accessibly, adapt it to different roles and draw on real-life examples. Practical case studies, discussion and feedback make key points—such as note-taking, answering techniques and decision-making—easy to apply at work. Some attendees find the scope or materials less aligned with expectations.

A really worthwhile course. I liked the way the trainer asked for volunteers rather than force someone to put themselves in uncomfortable positions, and also major thanks to the three volunteers!
